List of Sub-processors

In connection with our provision of the Services, Pudding App and its affiliates may engage third parties (each a “Subprocessor”) to process your Personal Data. In certain circumstances an affiliate of Pudding App may even be a Subprocessor. As a condition of permitting a Subprocessor to process your Personal Data, Pudding App (and its affiliates as applicable) will enter into a written agreement with each Subprocessor containing data protection obligations at least as protective as the technical and organizational measures Pudding App has put into place to protect your Personal Data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure or access. All terms capitalized above, but not defined have the meaning set forth in Pudding App’s User Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and/or your applicable customer agreement with Pudding App.
